BRAZIL 4D (Democracy, Development, Diversity and Digitialization) is an innovative and unique initiative in the world, developed by EBC (Empresa Brasil de Comunicação) with the contribution of governments, private companies, universities and civil society organizations. The objective of the project is to provide access to government services through the public iTVD for low income families. Through the iTVD, users can access information about employment and unemployment insurance, health services, women’s rights, social benefits, social security and bank services, take educational and entrepreneurial workshops, among other interactive contents and services.
