The Program Digitial Citizen is an initiative by ICDL Colombia backed by the Ministry of ICT in Colombia whose objective is to promote the productive use of internet among public servants accross the country through a capacity-building process and the international certification of digital skills. The program worked alongside with members of Colombia’s National Police to stregthen technological skills and provide beter quality services to citizens.
