Flor de Ceibo is project ot the University de la República that works in partnership with the national public policy program CEIBAL (Educational Connectivity for Online Learning). Since its creation in 2007 to date, this program has sought to make the acces to ICTs universal in public education in iriguay, with the goal of promoting social inclusion. The program grants a lapto to students and teachers in public schools in initial, primary and secondy education as well, including technical schools.
