NeutralidadSi! is a civil society group that promted the debate about a network neutrality in Chile. In May 2007, the organization pushed the first bill on Net Neutrality to Chile’s House of Representatives with the support of several stakeholders wich signed and contributed to the project. NeutralidadSi was the first case in Chilean civil society of successful crowdsourcing for civil rights. After the approval of the net neutrality law, the organization conducted an advertising campaign to raise awarness about the new rights afforded by the bill that reached more than 4 million people.
