The guests of honour, Harry Surjadi and Sopheap Chak, on behalf of the Cambodia Centre for Human Rights, were the 2013 Communication for Social Change award winners. It would not go amiss to say the mood in the room was of admiration and clear respect. The Centre for Communication and Social change, as part of the University of Queensland, recognises innovative change and social reform through technology and communication. Vice Chancellor Professor Debbie Terry spoke with pride about the Centre.
