Development of a proof of concept (POC) for an affordable method of monitoring ground water level resources in remote areas in Africa

Development of a proof of concept for a low cost ground water monitoring system. The project relies on integrating readily available components and open source software. The project also makes use of the GPRS/GSM cellular network for transmission of data between the Data Collection Unit and the monitoring server.
